Info from Licensor: "My wife and I were out for shopping. Upon reaching to our final destination, Notting Hill, London, I found an off-street car park which was being blocked by a lady. She was standing in the middle of the car park space and not willing to move and she kept on saying I am blocking this car park space and you can not park here. After our dialogue, I decided to move on. This incident was captured on my BlackVue dashcam."
