Info from Licensor: "The cats are in the cage because we don't want them to
run away. There is quite a bit of cat robbery happening around the
neighborhood. Our cats always happen to hang on their cage whenever it's cleaning time. We found it to be easier to give them a bath and clean the cage at the same time."
