Info from Licensor: "A sailboat that had drifted onto Pacifica State Beach was hooked to a tugboat. The sailboat had run out of fuel a few days earlier and was stuck on the beach. The tugboat attempted to pull the boat back into the ocean. There were two rescue workers on board. The owners paid to have the boat rescued, but the results are not what they were hoping for!"
