Info from Licensor: "I had just finished dinner and was on my way home when I saw cars backed up on Davey street and water cascading down Campbell street. Hobart had flooded with 130 MLS of rain on 12 hours. The Hobart rivulet couldn't contain the water anymore and was flooding the streets."
