Info from Licensor: "I went outside my back porch =and came across a big 6-7 foot alligator very close to my home. At first he remained still. Then he got up slowly and continued to walk past my screened in pool. He walked closer to the side of a retention pond where there is heavy brush and sat until he disappeared in the pond. About 20 mins later the gator was spotted again in the pond, apparently looking for a mate. There are many children and pets in the area, and this is the exact area where I mow and where I walk my dogs. This makes me nervous. I have been told that the alligator is an older male and has battle scars on his back from fighting with another male alligator."
