Info from Licensor: "The video was self explanatory but it's not because their drug addicts it's because their drunks and both of them are good people just idiots when they're drunk. It all started because a couple nights ago they were drunk making loud noises outside so they have been aggravated about that. After one gets drunk gets loud at night the other one does the same thing. They get out of each other to be quiet and are arguing making more noise, this was going all day, I even had to break them up twice earlier when the cameras weren't even rolling. They were in his apartment choking him out when his face was all purple so I had to go in there and break it up and then they went back to one on one.
In the end police came, they didn't press any charges. The men fighting were even hugging each other and patting each other's back as they were saying to the cops that they didn't want to press charges. I think it's f****** hilarious and they're just tools."
