Info from Licensor: "While leaving the university and heading towards the highway, this motorcycle was on my left the entire time. Traffic was light but he made no appearances to attempt to get over during the whole mile before this video picks up. He just flashed his turn signal at the last second and came over. As a former motorcycle rider, his appearance on how he handled the curve led me to believe he was a casual rider as he didn't do the things one with more experience would do to make a tighter turn. My wife and I stopped and called EMS. It appeared to be a white male in his 50's. He complained of neck pain but was stable. We waited for police, fire, and EMS to arrive."
