Info from Licensor: "While I was on vacation a water pipe broke above my room. It was in the middle of the night and it took my flatmates some time to realize what happened.
It was the fourth water damage in my room and the 13th in the whole building. All the construction workers and plumbers told me before that it could happen again. But the landlord didn't wanna change the pipe because this is quite expensive. A broken pipe like now is covered by his insurance ...
