Info from Licensor: "I am a member of the Ontario Reining Horse Association. It was the mission of the board of directors this year to foster and create a feeling of friendship and fun by organizing an event on the Saturday evening of a horse show weekend. This particular weekend was a stick horse reining class judged by the youth club and with all entry fees going back to the youth."
