Info from Licensor: "I came upon this car at a gas station. When I first saw it, I saw a few dogs and thought it was cute. When I saw a few more heads pop up, I got curious and went over to the car. There were more than thirteen dogs in the car! I felt it was too good to pass up and knew I needed to record a video."
