In this video, a Honda Civic tries to get around the traffic from a closing draw bridge by driving on the opposite side of traffic before being scolded by the bridge controller. This is what Friday afternoon commutes on Miami Beach are like. Location is the JFK Causeway, bridge between Miami Beach and North Bay Village."
