Info from Licensor: "This footage was taken on Highway 8 Eastbound in San Diego at 4:50pm. Approaching a large plume of smoke on my way home from a charity meeting I realized the smoke was coming from a large brush fire just north of the 8 Highway. Helicopters and emergency responders were on the scene."
