Info from Licensor: "Flooding in Augusta, Montana, Home of the biggest one day rodeo in the west. The flooding occurred just days before the rodeo, which has been rescheduled. I own Sole Scissors Salon and the video was taken directly behind the salon, looking towards the rodeo grounds. Our little town pulled together and neighbor helped neighbor. Homes and businesses were saved with community drive and spirit."
