Info from Licensor: "It was a Sunday early afternoon around 11am. The tide in Shrewsbury river was fast and going out as well. A boat came down the river, waiting for the drawbridge to open up. Once open, the captain tried to drift the boat sideways through the drawbridge. It didn't go as planned."
