Info from Licensor: "A woman was reading and minding her own business and then a white man verbally attacked her. When she asked him to please stop talking to her, he threw a chair at her, broke it, and attacked her with the broken pieces. After nearly hitting her in the head several times and calling her more derogatory names, I recorded the video hoping it might be helpful when the police came. He walked away from the scene and the police initially did nothing after I showed the officer the video. They didn't even take a statement from Angela. Only after I contacted the local news and it was on the news was Angela contacted, a statement taken, and an incident report made."
