Info from Licensor: "The customer had purchased a pair of pants the day before and had bought the wrong size. She just wanted to exchange the for a small size nothing more so the customer went to look for the pants but she could not find a pair in the gray like the ones she had. She found them in black, same style just in black. While she was looking for them, she happened to see a shirt she liked and wanted to get it as well. She went up to the cashier and they began the transaction with the pants. When it came close to the end of the transaction, the cashier told her she owed her two dollars and some change. Then the woman asked how she owed her anything. Then the cashier and the costumer started to argue back and forth. After a few minutes, the costumer said to just give her a refund and the cashier refused to give her a refund. There was more arguing until the customer said she still want the shirt. That's when the cashier said they were refusing to sell her anything."
