Info from Licensor: "One night we were all drinking and playing darts when my cousin bet my friend $100 that if he had his hand on the dart board leaving the bulls-eye open he could hit the bulls-eye and not hit his hand. Well being Drunk that $100 bet was payed with a $1 bill not a $100 bill and a hole in our friends hand."
