Info from Licensor: "There was a mild storm that my family was watching on the patio. When at random, the neighbor next door runs out into the Storm with a mop! I was like, what in the hell is she doing? My first thought is that she was going to try and keep her porch dry or something. Then she runs up to her car and begins washing it with the mop and rain water. Totally caught me off guard. So I started to record some of it. It was just so funny to see that."
