Info from Licensor: "A prior road rage incident led these two men confronting this man in the BMW. The man in the BMW runs to get in the driver seat and the guy in the grey followed him and tried to rip him out. He drove into a parking spot right ahead and started backing up onto the guy in the black shirts foot. He put the car in drive and hit the man in the grey and left the gas station. The two men seem to be the aggressors and might be the ones facing charges."
