Info from Licensor: "Judah is 5-years-old and is trialing an Electrolarnyx, a device that uses vibrations to produce vocalizing. Judah’s vocal cords are not moving and cannot speak on his own. We took him to a speech therapist to trial the device. It has been two years since he’s heard his own voice. The end result is a mixed result of timidity and happiness and Judah finally speaks."
