Info from Licensor: "After a thunderstorm in Ottawa, I was driving down King Edward Ave when I noticed there was a large puddle on the street where there was a pedestrian. I swerved to avoid the puddle. I checked my rearview mirror to make sure I didn't splash him, but noticed that the car behind purposely hit the puddle to splash him. Later I reviewed the footage and saw that the driver did it multiple times on that same road."
