Info from Licensor: "I stopped near a residential complex and saw these cute little girls selling ice cream on a hot summer day. I decided to mess with them a bit and pretend to be one of those psycho 'permit ladies' that have been trending online lately. The girls seemed both scared and very confused as to why this random lady, me, was asking them if they had a permit to sell their ice cream. I pretended to take my phone out to dial 911 but then told them I was just kidding and handed them some money to pay for the ice cream. Not the nicest thing I've done but it was well played."
