Info from Licensor: "On 8/10/2018 we were attending my brother’s wedding rehearsal dinner and went outside to take pictures of Chambers Bay. We noticed a plane heading almost straight vertically into the air, then looping around and nearly crashing into the water. It then pulled out of the dive and I began filming. It is traveling east to west. It then leaves my basic field of vision and I see a fighter jet in the distance which I also filmed. Subsequent to this, the plane crashed."
