Info from Licensor: "On our way to St. Louis on highway 55 when the lady hit the concrete barrier before the video started. Then at the end of the video, I followed and pulled up next to her. I set my phone down went and put her car in park and snatched the keys after the passenger got out so it could not continue and the cops were called. The lady appeared to be in another world and was jumping all around the car screaming really frantically."
