Info from Licensor: "I was pulling away from a house and started driving down the street. I had no idea that there were any children playing at all until I saw a bubble float out from behind the pick up truck. As soon as I saw the bubble I moved my foot over to the brake, even just that split second move prevented me from hitting that kid. If I had been doing anything else at all aside from watch the road, the results would have been tragic."
