Info from Licensor: "I was pulled over for taking to long to overtake. The new rule is that you need to slow down to 40k’s when an emergency vehicle is stopped with lights flashing. Ending result was an accident between two vehicles. Luckily no one was seriously injured. Me, I'm waiting for my fine."
