Info from Licensor: "Taken at noon by the Melkbosstrand beachfront in the bay area. Amidst a storm just after waves washed over the beach into seaside streets and properties. A creamy color substance of foam appeared from the sea. Various properties have already been damaged. Schools and some businesses have been closed in anticipation of the storm."
