Info from Licensor: "My daughters and I, along with friends went into Boston to see the USA Olympics Women's Gymnastics team! On the way home on the Newburyport-Boston MBTA train, we met a friendly, fun conductor. He asked the girls, who were all sporting 'Future USA Olympics Gymnastics Team' t-shirts if they were gymnasts. They responded that they are cheerleaders! From there, the girls invited Mikie Quintana in on some cheers. He gladly accepted the invite. His biggest concern was that he made the team! Through the power of social media, we found him. He wanted to be sure he doesn't get cut from the team because he worked too hard on the cheers. He truly showed a ton of spirit! This is a feel-good video and there should be more people in this world like Mikie. We later found out that Mikie is responsible for a back to school backpack/school supply drive for inner-city kids, donating 120 backpacks and a large number of boxes filled with school supplies to students. He gave 50 bags to a woman in Salem who helps families in need and 16 to a Lynn resident who works with exchange students."
