Info from Licensor: "A man with a child crossed the road at the green light. A taxi was driving and drove right through a red light and the man, apparently, who wanted to “punish” the violator, ran up and kicked the car. Because of this, the man was thrown back and fell to the ground. He also dropped the child, whom he led by the hand. In addition, he may have injured his leg because he began to limp after what happened."
