Info from Licensor: "Recon, a Shiba Inu, lives in a family of 4 humans and his Golden Retriever sister, Cupcake. He just loved being out in our backyard and playing in the hail. He stayed outside until the hail storm finished. I'm sure he was so happy to be able to be outside since it's finally cool enough for both doggies and humans to be outside."
