Info from Licensor: "My family and I were visiting the Oakland Zoo. We were taking pictures and recording the tigers when all of a sudden, we saw one of the tigers move his head and stare at the people that were next to us. When I looked to my side to see who the tiger was looking at, I saw a man hop over the rail and that's when the tiger jumped down and ran after him. Some people were upset by the situation including myself! Other people including kids were excited and happy to see the tiger coming close to the fence because they were able to take better pictures of him. There was a young man that told this man not to do it again because he was stressing out the tiger. The man claimed he had dropped his glasses and he was trying to get them back."
