Altercation at Thrift Store Leaves Elderly Lady With Dislocated Arm

Info from Licensor: "I was shopping at a local thrift store and there was commotion overheard from outside of the store. Everyone began to evacuate the inside of the thrift-store and witness the commotion. When I noticed that there was a yelling match going on between a young lady and an older lady, I immediately pulled out my phone and began to record the incident. I was very much concerned with getting footage of the license plate of the young lady and I go lost in the moment that I literally forgot that I was recording. I was actually concerned for the elderly woman's well-being."
