The incident took place on the streets of Sao Paulo on Sunday during a gathering to celebrate World Skateboarding Day. Those hit, are said to have suffered only light injuries. One of them has broken a leg.The driver of the black Ford, who fled the scene, presented himself to the police early Monday."
