Info from Licensor: "We were driving along Skokomish Valley Rd and there was Chum Salmon trying to cross the flooded road between creeks in the area. The field to the left has several hundred Chum sitting in it. When the river and creeks flood the fish get a bit lost and end up going everywhere. They generally go anywhere that the water flows."
