Info from Licensor: "I was in the city center with my coworkers and we saw a guy stealing the seat from another bike. After that, he went to bikes which are in the video and started to break the chain. One of my coworkers started to call the police while I recorded him for later use of evidence. Once I approached the guy and asked him 'why are you stealing the bikes?' he returned; 'I am not, just checking if the chain is any good.'"
