Info from Licensor: "This guy had been driving in front of me with chairs in his boot that were not tied down. I kept my distance waiting for the inevitable to happen. After stopping at the intersection the chairs fell out as he drove off, forcing me to remove the obstacle out of the way while blocking the intersection."
