Info from Licensor: "So I left my local cafe with my girlfriend around 7:30 in the morning. Latte in hand, we strolled across the road to go check the surf. As my eyes gazed over the horizon, I noticed this bloke out of the corner of my eye thrusting on a handrail. I couldn’t believe it, he was about 20 metres away and realized I needed to capture this weird but hilarious moment. So I got in closer to the action and began filming. The bloke continued to thrust on the handrail, even changing positions for comfort. I didn’t stick around too long because I didn’t want to get caught."
