Info from Licensor: "This was recorded at 7:35PM after I finished eating dinner with my family at another restaurant in the same food court. Also, the sanitary rating was an “A”. Quickly, I questioned the cleanliness of the restaurant we were eating at and also was worried about the health and safety of my son. We were also worried about the health and safety of the public and workers that eat in there. Our main concern is, how can a place with a sanitary grade of “A” have an infestation like that? and so visible to the public! We were just passing by, not searching for mice and it was extremely noticeable. I'm sure there have to be more. The fact that just a small amount of mice droppings could be lethal to humans is a big concern. Based on all these concerns, I would definitely not eat at any of those facilities and would make me reconsider eating at restaurants through the city."
