Info From Licensor: "While driving down Lillian hwy., about 10:30am a woman jumped in front of our car my fiancée and I were in. We thinking it was a joke by it being near Halloween. She her neck was cut, she was drenched in blood, she wanted to get hit by oncoming traffic... She did this to several cars. I jumped out my car,I went to help her. I took off my shirt for a tourniquet, but I put it back on by me being a black man I would look "suspicious" with my shirt off trying to help her...
I called 911, once help arrived I directed them to her instead they charged towards me with guns. I were then afraid for my life. My fiancée then came to get me, we then left."
