Info from Licensor: "This happened on June 4, 2017 at the Chervon gas station in Decatur, GA on Glenwood Road. There was a woman outside of the store asking for change. When she came inside the store the was cop following her.I heard a couple of words as soon as I turned away I heard scrambling. Next thing I know she was on the floor getting hit with a baton. The ending results with the officer spitting on the floor as he cuffed her, pulled her off the floor, and then pushed her against the door to put her in the police car."
