Info from Licensor: "My wife was driving and saw two women fighting and heard a horrible scream, so she stopped to try to assist and stop the fight. It was an assault and robbery, the woman in her 20's assaulting a woman approximately 50 years old. My wife tried to keep a little distance from them both as she wasn't sure of the actual situation, as soon as she was beside them the attacker shouted 'she owes me £40', to which the victim quickly replied 'I don't know her she is trying to steal my bag'. My wife didn't know what to believe but stated that even if she did owe money that she cannot just take her bag as that is theft, and fighting is not going to help. This stopped the attack for a few moments but the attacker started again and after another big punch the victim dropped her bag and the mugger fled the scene."
