Info from Licensor: "During the A Christmas Fantasy parade at Disneyland in Anaheim, Santa’s sleigh broke. The float was near the Alice in Wonderland bathrooms in Fantasyland when the back of the sleigh broke and the whole thing tilted forward and Santa slipped into an almost vertical position. After a minute of silence, he said “ho ho ho” and tried to sing along with the music for a minute. Then he stood up, unhooked himself from the harness and climbed down the float."
