Info from Licensor: "My neighbor's dog Penny was constantly jumping to look over the fence at me and my dog. So I made her a peeking spot in the fence so she could get a good long look and stop destroying the fence. That was last April. Since then I say hello to Penny almost every day when I'm in my yard watering or playing with my dog Olive. Her eyes seem to say 'where are you friend, come play with me'. It's very sweet."
