Info from Licensor: "I don’t know much about the group, or the organizers behind it and I’ve been unsuccessful in my attempts to locate them to recognize them, what I do know is that I had just left a grocery store when I happened across the Parade. I so enjoyed everyone being in the Christmas spirit and watching Santa lead the parade. I also enjoyed sharing Christmas greetings and telling everyone, 'God Bless You'."
