Info from Licensor: "We were just three and a half minutes into the ride when this happened. Safety is first and foremost when riding, passing hand signals and turn signals to the rear. we had 12 bikes with us on this ride. This unfortunate incident shows that even though safety is adhered to, others determine the outcome of others lives."
