Info from Licensor: "A bald eagle was rescued from the Atlantic Ocean off Birch Harbor. A makeshift raft using a life ring and the top of a bait box was used as a perch for the struggling eagle to rest upon. The makeshift raft was brought aboard and then the eagle rested for approximately 40 minutes before it took flight."
