Info From Licensor: "It was sunny and warm day few days before this video was taken, so I was in short sleeves. One relative of mine, asked me if I am so brave to be in short sleeves in next few days as it was predicted bad weather with snow. I took the challenge and I decided to do a step further. Not only be in short sleeves, but to be in swimwear riding a bike in the strong freezing wind at just 2 grades Celsius above 0."
