UPDATE 2:43 p.m. 10/30/2015 - Kerry has been rescued after more than four hours in the tree. EMS called KVUE and said they had him and he appeared to be okay after his experience.
From Earlier: KVUE just spoke to Kerry Packer, the man stranded in a tree after his car washed away near Onion Creek.
