Info from Licensor: "My parents, who live in Washington, knew we were having extreme weather in North Dakota where I live with my husband and kids. They contacted me and were so excited to ask me to throw water in the air to see what would happen. Since I was a butthead as a kid and now have kids of my own and know how much they suffered because of me, I do whatever they ask now. So I boiled some water, went outside in -41 F temperature (with windchill) and threw some boiling water into the wind. I was shocked, both by the cold and the results. My parents loved it."
