Info from Licensor: The video is in Cookeville, TN at the downhill power wheels derby with all proceeds going to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The videos are of races in the 'no rules outlaw' class. Several of the participants were carried off the field but I have not heard of any serious injuries.
